Nehru bullied gandhi, although he only had ONE VOTE & PATEL HAD ALL OTHER votes, by saying he would break congress & Mountbattan supported him.
Patel withdraw, he did not want to split congress after partition of country.
Gandhi did not try to persuade Nehru to accept majority verdict.
